Level I: Quality Manual
The Quality Manual is the basic document defining corporate policy with regards to quality, organization, business operation and the responsibilities of each department. It details our position relative to the 18 elements of ISO 9001:2000 standards and serves as the basis of all quality procedures.
Level II: Quality Systems Procedure Manual
A compilation of established quality procedures written for each stage of production. It details adaptation of the Quality Manual to the operation of each section/department, serving as an operations guide. It also details the scope of application, responsibilities, procedures and recording mechanisms of each team member.
Level III: Manufacturing Procedures/Inspection/Standards
This emphasizes the standard operational practices of all manufacturing and inspection processes. It essentially defines the "how" of each specific task, through an easy-to-follow, step-by-step text-and-graphics approach.
